This SoE for Societal Impact Rubric is designed to help you evaluate a specific broader Societal Impact (SI) plan.
Cautionary Note: Societal Impact (SI) projects vary greatly based on the solicitation requirements, the needs of the partners and audiences engaged, and the availability of resources. This rubric is designed to provide general guidance about an SI project’s level of feasibility and completeness. It is not meant to devalue creativity and uniqueness, but rather to help promote understanding and rigour of the limitless possibilities available with SI projects.
